Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email naturyard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and return instructions. The correct return address will be provided after the request is approved.

Return shipping

For a non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for any loss or damage during return transit. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If we confirm that an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, Naturyard will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-returnable items

Installed, used, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned. Custom-made products, custom finishes, and project orders are non-returnable unless defective or different from the approved specification. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

We will inspect approved returns after they arrive. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

One-year limited warranty

Naturyard covers manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal finish variation or aging, freezing damage, incorrect installation, incompatible threads or fittings, misuse, impact, unauthorized modification, or failure to drain the faucet before freezing weather. Email us with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video so we can assess the claim.

European Union cancellation rights

If an order is delivered to the European Union, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available in addition to this policy. Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original condition unless local law provides otherwise.
