Where we ship

Naturyard ships from China to the United States and selected international destinations shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Typical delivery is 10-15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by remote destinations, carrier disruption, customs inspection, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes

The price shown at checkout includes standard tracked delivery and applicable import duties and taxes for supported destinations. Customers should not be asked to pay an additional import charge on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, do not pay it before contacting us at naturyard@gmail.com.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the order is dispatched. Tracking may take several business days to show its first update.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. For a package showing as delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then email us so we can assist with an investigation.
